If you are a first-time guest, we suggest that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete paperwork.
If you would like to reserve two or more services at one time, we will need for you to provide a credit card or a gift certificate and we do require a 48 hour cancellation notice.
Guest Cancellation
We request the courtesy of a 24 hour cancellation notice. Cancellations made less than six hours before the appointment time will be charged a 50% service fee. No-shows will be charged the full cost of the service.
Late Arrivals
We are unable to extend the schedule service times for late arrivals. Late arrivals will still be responsible for full service fees
Return Policy
Retail products must be returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. We will give you a store credit for the amount of the returned item. Gift Certificates are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Gratuity
Tipping is at your discretion, and are not included in the cost of service. Gratuities are always appreciated, and envelopes are avilable at the front desk for your convenience.
