Head to Toe Day Spa - Terms of Service

1. Appointments & Reservations

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person. We recommend arriving at least 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and relaxation.

Late arrivals may result in shortened service time to avoid disrupting other guests’ appointments.

 

Full service fees may still apply.

Clients arriving excessively late may need to reschedule.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service price.

No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

Emergency situations may be considered at management discretion.

3. Payments

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise arranged.

We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved gift certificates or spa credits.

Returned checks may incur additional fees.

4. Gift Cards & Certificates

Gift cards are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash except where required by law, and are treated like cash.

Promotional certificates may carry expiration dates or restrictions.

5. Health Conditions & Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for informing spa staff of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, medications, recent surgeries, or any condition that may affect services.

Spa services are intended for relaxation and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical treatment.

Head to Toe Day Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if services may pose a health or safety risk.

6. Massage Therapy Disclaimer

Massage therapists at Head to Toe Day Spa do not diagnose illnesses or prescribe medical treatments.

Any inappropriate conduct, language, or behavior toward staff will result in immediate termination of the session and possible refusal of future service.

7. Refund Policy

Services rendered are generally non-refundable.

If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact management within 7 days so concerns may be addressed.

Retail products may be exchanged or refunded according to applicable store policy if unopened or gently used.

Opened makeup products are non-refundable.

8. Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for personal items brought into the spa.

Head to Toe Day Spa is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.

9. Spa Etiquette

To maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly ask guests to:

  • Silence mobile devices

  • Respect staff and fellow guests

  • Supervise children unless they are receiving services

  • Refrain from smoking, vaping, or illegal substances on the premises

10. Right to Refuse Service

Head to Toe Day Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, intoxication, harassment, safety concerns, or violation of spa policies.

11. Privacy Policy

Client information is kept confidential and used only for appointment scheduling, communication, and internal business purposes.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

12. Liability Waiver

By receiving services at Head to Toe Day Spa, clients voluntarily assume any risks associated with spa treatments and release the spa, its owners, employees, and contractors from liability except where prohibited by law.

13. Changes to Terms

Head to Toe Day Spa reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions may be posted in-spa or online.

14. Client Acknowledgement

By booking or receiving services at Head to Toe Day Spa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
